We sell 6N1 Tube Equivalent 6N1P Replacement Upgrade Vacuum Tubes that improve sound performance.

Our USSR military spec 6N1P / 6N1P-ev NOS are a direct drop in Upgrade for stock Chinese 6N1 tube amplifiers.

This is because they are the original 6N1 tubes, not cheap Chinese copies. Fully Bench tested and therefore guaranteed NO leaks or shorts .

CHOOSE FROM 3 OPTIONS:

1.Standard: 6N1P by former Novosibirsk (NEVS) Plant, Russia c.1980s NOS. is a capable well made vacuum tube which will deliver good results. 2000 Hrs Life Expectancy

2.Premium: A ruggedized 6N1P called 6N1P-ev by former Voskhod Factory, Russia c.1980s. These are the famous ‘Voskhod Rockets’ and were made to Military Specification including nickel plated pins for good conductivity and gold grid for improved sound. Life expectancy 5000hrs. A well made vacuum tube which will deliver excellent results and reliability.

3.Elite: A rare 6N1P Military variant from the 1960s to early 1970s known as 6N1P-v by Former Voskhod (6N1P-ev) & Reflektor Plants (6N1P-v), (USSR) Russia. These are an outstanding vacuum tube built to military specification and nickel plated pins for improved conductivity. They contain large amounts of rare earth metals such as Caesium and Gold, now too expensive and scarce to employ in modern tubes. These rare earth metals improve both odd and even harmonics and will therefore sound superb in any 6N1P application. These are sold strictly subject to availability and may not be restocked once current supplies diminish.

Because many pre-amplifier tubes are microphonic, we supply FREE BS310 Standard heat resistant silicone anti-vibration dampers.

Our Dampers reduce ‘ringing’ in the vacuum tube glass envelope thus improving playback quality.
